Interpreting

I am a qualified British Sign Language (BSL)/English Interpreter. I am registered with NRCPD (RSLI: 1021207) which means I abide by their code of ethics. My experience includes community interpreting, Deafblind interpreting, as well as politics, conferences and the arts. have a reputation for being able to deliver high quality BSL - English interpretation, as I am comfortable working into my first language.

Translation

As part of my MA, one of the modules I chose was Advanced BSL- English Translation. I enjoy working from BSL into written English, and have worked this way in both professional and academic domains. I do translation 'as live' where a live online discussion requires BSL translation to be added, and I also work behind the camera with deaf presenters on translation work.
